Baggage

Updated: Nov 24, 2021

Are you ready to exchange your baggage for luggage? What are some things that are lingering around that need to be released? Is it time to forgive? Is it time to stop procrastinating? Is it time to move forward?

What is the baggage you are carrying around? Are they demons that keep your face frowned? Do they haunt you when you try to sleep?

Or are they tormenting you causing you to daily weep?

Whatever the baggage, or the demons that exist, When will you choose to cease and desist?

When will you pack it all up and throw it out?
When will you rebuke with oil in Jesus' name to win the bout?

When will you get out of "stuck" and "lost?"

And add back to your life that happy, joyful, peaceful sauce?

When will you stop living in fear?

When will you start to, for yourself, cheer?

When will you allow yourself to finally breathe?

When will you stop blocking yourself and start to achieve?

When will you stop talking yourself out of taking a chance?

When will you again take the risk for the job, school, or romance?

When will you give someone else who lost their voice, hope?

When will you help another baggage filled person cope?

When will you pause to resuscitate another's life?

When will you stop trying to co-mingle structure and movement with strife?

When will you willfully pack it up and sit it by the curb?

When will you speak life daily to and over yourself as the best news you have heard?

When will you confront the baggage and be rid of it once and for all?

When will you welcome serenity, laughter, and freedom without walls?

When will you replace the baggage with luggage full or pleasant adventures and sun?

When will you allow the luggage to shine brightly in your life and fill it with fun?

It's time to turn your back on the baggage, hurt, and disappointments of the past

For your future luggage has a happiness full of glee and hope that will forever last!

“He cuts off every branch of mine that doesn’t produce fruit, and he prunes the branches that do bear fruit so they will produce even more.” ~John 15:2 (NLT)
